izoomusa corrupt refurbished computer sellers Brooklyn New York
Don't buy from this company. You don't get the computer that is advertised but an old model Dell that doesn't work. You can not return it in the guidelines they have you do , impossible. 15 days from the time they mail it, you get it, find out it doesn't work, then return with all their step by step instructions, though make sure you get a signature if you mail it back. But it won't matter, Sears tried to help but in the end said it was my fault for not getting some address label from them. IN that time frame impossible. So they have my computer, they won't fix or send it back 3 months later, claiming it's in a warehouse so big they can't find it. You will be so disappointed and for the same price I bought one at Best Buy that is great. NO scams there. Shame on Sears, I told them numerous times they are letting zoomusa rip off people.
