Judge Michael Genden An arbitor of my mother's death MIami Florida
Michael Genden is a "probate" judge in the 11th Circuit Court in Dade County. He is an arbitor of the affairs of the dead and orders living persons to death in an enterprise known as "guardianship" whereby all constitutional rights of a person are stripped when he rules them disabled.
My mother and i had the misfortune to come across this vindictive man who has the polar opposition of judicial temperament. His courtroom is ruled by his petty, arrogant pompous ego driven motives. Neither the law nor justice has a place in his court of death. I somehow incurred his wrath when I objected to my mother being emergency admitted to the hospital with life threatening conditions as a result of the guardianship in which she was placed. He is somehow insulted that I wanted to remove her from peril after I learned that the "guardianship" enterprise is apparently a criminal racketeering operation that engages in criminal RICO activities as defined by the F.B. I. - human trafficking, money laudering, identity theft social securty and medicare fraud, coercion and other high crimes.
The first order of the day in this guardianship scheme is the isolation of the persons in their possession from their famiy mmembers, their prior life and their assets so they can commit their crimes in secret.
My mother has become a live dead person in his courtroom. He has never allowed my mother to enter his court.
Michael Genden blames me for "reneging" on a "guardianship" arrangement that was the result of fraud. He somehow thinks that I have the right to bind my mother to his death decree. Michael Genden is highly insulted that I am offended by his complete disregard for the life of my mother and her welfare. He is offended that he perceives I violated his illegal isolation order but it is of no concern to him that my mother is abused, exploited, discriminated and retaliated against.
