You should be aware of this James Carter if he is calling from a 876 (Jamaica) area code. They want you to send money to McMinnville Oregon (name and address withheld) before they send your money or other winnings. Might say that he represents Publishers Clearing House but when contacting Publishers Clearing they state this is a scam. Mr Carter, or whatever his name is will get quite volitile when he is challenged. He might ask you to call him with your cell phone. Cell phone companies will advise that if you do this, they will clone the number.
