Complaint Review: James Crawford - Southfield Michigan

Thsi is James Crawford - Owner of Sihle James Holdings L.L.C. I am writing an update to this post today, to state some facts for first time users/readers of this post. If you are reading old reviews/complaints against me. Please use your common sense, as to the dialogue you are reading. Like the post that was listed today, saying I am dying, and putting a funds together for clients that have been clients of mines (REALLY). I am a financial investement consultant. Their are 3 post on here from 3 people.

(1) Dorcas Charles - who complaint is 100% (FACTUAL), and who was a client and (YES) did lose money with me trading stock options. Thru private disussions with her, I told her very plainly, this matter will be resolved within a specified amount of time, and she filed this online complaint before our matter was resolved on my behalf and that is (FACTUAL), making this matter much harder to resolve being I wanted to redeem my name in good standing with her without the online slander from this post.

(2) Today's posting is from a gentleman name Nathaniel Friere (posing as Brian Thompson), he was a past client who had a matter with me, that I dont care to discuss on this site, because he altered our trading arrangement with his account. But the fact of the matter i'm in perfect health, and not dying, nor am I terminal as he writes, as he did as if he is me. I have clients that will easily laugh at these post, because they are making money with me trading options on a very consistent basis. Some trades perfrom overnight, some take time to close and take gains, some trades see losses, that I retrade for the client making them whole, to cover the cost of what the trade cost before those positions were taken and losses were realized. What happens between then I cannot control, and if the client incures an emergency, some trades have to produce gains to exit the trade and conflicts with what is established between me and the client.

(3) The very first post is from a person named Jennifer Johnson, she never had a brokerage account for me to trade, she inserted the name Esther Crawford in her complaint, who is not on my business, nor has been a part of my daily operations to the clients I represent trading options for. The fact of the matter that I want readers of this post to realize, is (INVESTING INVOLVES RISK), and the client should acknowledge that (FACT), I make it a very sincere point to make my client's whole from any losses, they incur from trades executed by me as they are a client, no client is released as a client, if they leave, it is due to them being impatient or not letting the trades perform in the manner they are meant to do based on the expriing month of the position, or fulfilling what we agreed. Please let me be very clear, clients have their account losses retraded back to gains back by me, if they can wait for subsequent trades to perform ! PLAIN AND SIMPLE !

So if you are using this post as a holy grail to judge me, know what your looking to absorb from fact to fiction. Especially somebody even daring to say online (IM DYNG) on contacting me online thru a bogas name towards what I do, also medical matters like that, sane people dont release or reveal to the public and truly not online. Please read the post and see who is being honest and forthright, not just giving any type of statments to damage my reputation as a financial investing consultant. The 3 online posts can never damage my reputation when I am trading for at least 16 clients as of /6/9/2015, day in and day out, during market hours, and have clients who can show gains trading to easily squash these remarks. So please as I close, please use your common sense browsing this site and use your discretion while reading the facts from fiction from the parties lidging these complaints. Thank  You !

My firm has never traded for anybody named Brian Thompson, so the nature of him reporting concerns against me is truly in error. Sometimes reading things on post like this is truly a true diservice to the people who can say anything they want without all the facts being released. - James Crawford @ Sihle James Holdings L.L.C.

I am just noticing the matter being posted against me by the recent party posting a complaint against me, and both parties her and myself are working on a resolution toward the depth of her complaint. I will not let any client of mines suffer a loss trading when they intrusted me to trade their account in the arena of options trading. The impact of the trade that caused this dilemma reached not only to the this clients account but other clients as well that I am addressing in a very dilegent matter. I am not a businessman to mislead my clients when i say something I make an effort to committing to my word, and I will see to it personally that this clients matter between her and myself is resolved in a timely matter from the last email conversation we held just days ago.

Now I wanted to talk on the other matter regarding the first post, which is a head scratcher because this person never had an account that I traded, so I dont know the basis of their complaint, to say when i get their money, i never return contact back with them. While I am opposed to reportings like this online, I will clear my name and honor my word to the clients I uphold my word to based on what I commit to them in doing overall with any unresolved matter that is still left unresolved. While options trading does involve risk, I do make it valid point of my practice to retrade any of my clients losses until they recover the purchase price of the option purchased on their account, to make the trade whole and replaced based on the amount purchased for. I wanna say in closing, the ethics I hold my practice under is held to the highest of standards, yet I may not be perfect, but I do make it a point to address my clients in the respectful and ethical manner they deserve from me as clients and individuals. I would like this rebuttal to serve as an open apology to the posting party's outlined, and I have been made aware of our private matter than needs to be resolved and my word and deeds will be honored and upheld based on what I commtitted to doing from the onset of the present business matter, being brought to both of our attention and it will be resolved and like i said in emails prior, my only aim is to regain your confidence as an existing client and making you pleased going forward, despite this bump in the road where we got off track trading for the moment.

 Further - Esther Crawford has no legal grounds to be mentioned in these matters, because she is not a registered agent of my business, nor has served in any capacity on the ongoing dad to day operations, that I solely control myself without any existing partners of record - neither written nor implied.
