When I originaly contacted James Vincent through Craigslist, he was looking for a writer to write scripts for a project he was working on. He told me that he needed to hire my wife's company, and that he would need $80.00 for a background check on her. We paid him the first $40.00 last week, and then the remaining $40.00 this week. James Vincent told me that he was travelling to Arizona from San Diego to view a property that his investors had approved to create a day-long educational program for children. He called me this evening, saying that he had been in a fender bender outside of San Diego, CA, in a town called Alpine, CA. He assured me that if I could just loan him enough for a hotel for the night and an additional $10.00 for food, then I could be reimbursed fully when he arrived in Phoenix tomorrow (12/11/10). After asking for more money, my wife searched his name on the internet again - this time finding items of notice regarding James Vincent being a scammer who has done this before. We notified the local law enforcement, who then referd us to the FBI website.

Ron husband of Helen , the realtor contacted us to be a script writer but asked to run verything through his wifes name as he was receiving disability and we inquired if she could represent us in a building we atre interested in. She said she would and tons of materials were sent including pictures and contacts on building we sent. Finally on way to Arizona had a monior fender bander and he had asked us to dinner so I asked a favor and after some time he said they could not due as they had money problems.
To date no work has been done by either party and can not see what they are complaining about!
