I wish I'd seen this site and these Rip-Off reports about Jamie Roxx, Pop Roxx, Sissy Pesticide, Candy Molly, James Roach, James Rosh, or whatever else he wants to call himself these days BEFORE I fell victim to his scam. I've paid for 5 paintings from him: three were ordered at one time, two others were promised in return for money I lent to him for an emergency. His M.O. seems to be the same with everyone--the promises, the phone calls, the excuses, then *poof* nothing. It's been over 2 years now, and I have just written it off to me being fooled into bankrolling this guy's habit, or whatever it is that keeps him playing this scam card. As an artist myself, I almost never buy artwork from other artists. After befriending me, he offered me such a good deal on his paintings that I (like the others, apparently) took the bait hook, line and sinker and paid him through a paypal account that was--you guessed it--in his 'business partner's' name. He thanked me for the purchase, then contacted me to ask exactly which paintings I had purchased. I reminded him, and he told me he was finishing them up. After a few months of stringing me along, he then asked me if I could wire him some money for an emergency he was faced with. He told me that he would get my paintings to me A.S.A.P., and then offered to send me two more in exchange for the money I wired to him. This time it was through Western Union. Then he basically disappeared, and I have not received any kind of return of my money, nor have I received the paintings. And his correspondence with me has stopped. Seeing that there are a number of other people who have had the same experience with him on this website, i can only imagine that there are plenty of others who fell victim as well, but who have not contacted anyone about it, either out of fear, frustration or just not knowing how to go about it. I think someone needs to step in and figure out just what this guy is doing. I read the other complaints, and notice that he seems to be all over the country. Now, he is in Ft. Myers Beach Florida. He certainly sounds like a man trying to outrun something, thats for sure. PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO HIS SCAM!! YOU WILL PAY HIM, AND HE WILL NOT DELIVER!!!!
