More than 15 months ago I have signed the contract/agreement with the law Office of Janian and Associates to help me with the loan modification for my house with my lender Washington Mutual/Chase now. Since that the comunication has been very poor.Company failed to respond to complaints, I have been calling them to find out about the status of my loan modification.In the same time I was calling the lender ,which suppossed to be their job to do it. My file has ben transfered to many negotiators( Edie,Arlena, Jose, Daniel, Hadi...?)None of them has followed through!!!
I kept calling them and sending the e-mails to them in order to get some info on the any update of the loan modification. Many times, they were not responding on the messagges that I was living on their voice mails.The service was extremly poor.
After all I have decided to give up and I requested in writting to get my refund money back . I have negotiated my self with the lender anyway .I have tried to find the branch manager or the director ,Mr. Renee K. Finally he e-mail me back saying that "he gave the order to refund me money back" ,but..but . it takes "30 bussines days to get my refund",??? 30 days expired ,I never received my refund, I e-mail him and I sent certified letter stating that I will be taking them to the small claim court ,which I will be doing today.What else we can do it???
