Jason Dickard, the powerhungry, moneygrubbing, ever vindictive and ruthless EVP of Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, callously fired his secretary who everyone stated was doing a great job to hire a younger, much more attractive and SINGLE secretary in her place who looked like a Victoria Secrets model and he ended up having an affair with this secretary who he sat right in front of his office with her a$$ facing the front of his desk.
This man is suppose to be a MARRIED man and he is abusing his authority at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, Just like Justin Belter, to act like he is a KING and take people's jobs away from them just because he can't get off just by looking at them.
Jason Dickard should be ASHAMED. From lying on his linkdin pages along with SVP Justin Belter about his qualifications to abusing staff to now firing staff that doesn't turn him on.
Wingspan Portfolio Advisors is just as shady and unethical as its managers which is why it puts up with them!
