Java Momma, Melissa Shoop This is advertised as a brand new, organic fair trade coffee company. Roasted when you order and shipped to your door within 3-5 days... They themselves admit that they are in fact NOT organic and do not need to meet the expectations of the usda. Nor are they actually certified. Pennsylvania

Melissa, the owner, states that her roaster needs to be certified so it is not her problem. The coffee the offer is priced at $24.95+ a lb plus 8-10$ shipping., for coffee that is not organic. She has set this up as a direct sale company, but has not shipped kits out, but gladly took their $$. Most of the consultants state their orders from customers have not given them credit.
Melissa's answer to all of this is to post live facebook videos of herself in her rundown home, telling them be patient it will all work out. When asked if customers will get their (falsely labeled ) coffee on time like her fb page states 3-5 days... she just says trust me. ... when asked if her organic fair trade coffee is natural, she does admit that no she puts lots of artificial chemicals in there. If a consultant points out the problems, her answer is to boot them from her company. Buyers beware!!! https://javamomma.com

Just some facts:
We do offer Organic and Fair trade options, and coffee starts at $8.99 a 1/2 lb. Shipping is flat rate at $8.95.
Kits were sold during pre launch and began shipping on 10/3. 35% of all kits have been shipped. We had a huge opening week and put customer orders ahead of the kit coffee so that would get out to customers on time.
Refunds are being given to anyone who does not wish to wait for their kit. Every order has been credited to consultants. We are moving to IDSTC software on 12/1/17. We are also a in review for the Direct Selling Association and take our company, customers, and consultants very seriously.
