I sent everything requested n they r ytring to weasel out of their rebate promotion. I xeroxed a copy of the entire receipt n they are saying no UPC CODE WHICH IS CLEARLY ON THE RECEIPT N ALSO SAID RECEIPT HAD NO VALID PUCHASE DATE Which it CLEARLY SAYS 12/14/16 @ 3:25 PM, store #2139, trans # 4370. So it's a complete bull**** letter from them n they should be penalized for ripping off consumers intentionally.
