I was ripped off by JDC Wigs in the very sane manner. I ordered a custom full lace wig on June 27, 2008 for $363.20, which included $90 for rush production. The shipping date was posted as July 30, 2008, which was removed from my order status a few days later. I was politely e-mailing Michelle at JDC for an update after the shipping date passed and was always given a short reply that "it would be shipped soon". In early August I stopped recieving any repllies and noticed their phone number was no longer working either. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and was told the company did not respond. I see that they now have numerous unresolved BBB complaints and have lost their BBB accreditation. I am now filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's office and recommend that all others who lost money to do the same. Perhaps a flood of complaints will compell them to take action.
