Jeff Annett last mile moving, more like lost money for contractors Last Mile Moving Solutions Colorado
I am an ex contractor for this company and would like to say that all of these reports are true and correct. As an ex contractor/Ops Manager for Jeff Annett I would have to say that i have seen him personally RIP OFF the contractors and the CUSTOMERS. For instance he was surprised by a claim only being $150 so he told me not to say anything to anybody but that he was gonna charge the contractor $450 just because he was lucky that it didn't turn out to be a $1000 claim. Which I told the contractor that he needed to ask Jeff for a copy of the receipt and of course he could not come up with it. Here is an example of him RIPPING OFF the CUSTOMER, he had me charge a customer for 2 months of storage in advance which she was not happy about because he had told her that she only had to pay for 1 month over the phone but when we had her stuff loaded on the truck that was when he then told me that she needed to pay for 2 months in advance. Then she wanted to get her stuff out even before 1 month had passed so she assumed that she had a credit coming back to her when Jeff had me inform her that she misunderstood him but that it was a 2 month minimum for all storage. So she said fine she will just be there to get her belongings and when she showed up he would not let me release he stuff until she paid another $100. Now not only did she get RIPPED OFF but because she had told us that she worked at a gentlemens club and to go have a drink on her he was constantly trying to call her to find out where it was she worked. So if you are thinking of working for this man or wanting to use his service think twice and do some research on Jeff Annett and Last Mile Moving.
