Jeff Mould - Announce Mobile Non-Performance of Contract Lakeland Florida
During the Summer of 2007, our start-up company unfortunately lost several thousand dollars during the early stages of product development due to non-performance of contract by Jeff Mould, President or Announcemobile. During phone conversations, Jeff claimed he owned exclusive patents for the first SMS/Real Estate software application. We subsequently licensed the software from Mould, who hosted the database on his servers. The demo version Mould presented at introduction worked flawlessly. However, the software Mould produced for our company never worked properly at all. The application was buggy and unstable at best. One month later, Mould took the product offline and disappeared into thin air.
Despite several attempts to contact Mould, we could never reach him on the numbers he had provided. It seemed he had gone into hiding. We finally used a different phone to contact Mould. He answered and gave many excuses as to why he had been unavailable for communication. He claimed he would be visiting us in Nashville, TN. to discuss remedies to the growing issues. However, Mould never showed. Be carefull about doing business with Jeff Mould & Announce Mobile.
