Jeff Ross was obtained for tutoring after meeting him thru Careers Club at UA Huntsville; he was a speaker who came in to talk with students regarding improving grades for the MCAT, for medical school. Contact was made to him for he appeared to be a legitimate professional company and a consultation was set up via SKYPE. After the consultation via SKYPE and discussion related to his plans and cost, his services were obtained. Payment in full was made to him and contract was received which out lined the provision. The first session was then held via SKYPE at which time he stated that he was having problems with his connection and his face was not seen, the screen was black, after the session he was to send home work and practice test that night which would need to be back to him by that Saturday (per contact prior to next session or the contract would be broken) He did not send information and on the second day after not hearing from him and/or receiving paper work; attempts were made via e-mails and phone calls with no response from him. On one occasions he picked up the phone and after hearing my voice he hung up, attempted to call him back and he did not answer.

After several consecutive days trying to reach him and no response, this became strange an a search was done on line concerning him and comments were found stating he was a con artist alone with other comments. Payment had been made thru pay pal, they were contacted in regards of getting my money back and money was received after showing proof of not receiving material as promise and that he had broken the contract. The bank tried to reach him with no response.

This man preys on innocent students who are tiring to make a life for themselves; after the money was returned he went on RIP OFF and did a fraudulent report scandalizing my daughters name and also wrote her threaten letters stating that he will be contacting AAMC stating that she acted in a malicious, disrespectful, illegal manner, when these adjectives describes him to the tee.

This man should not have been able to submit a report without proof and contact made to the person whom it is about. He also stated in his letters to her that he has written letters to AAMC before and that ethics are very important to them and that they will attach his letter to all of the medical schools application and send his letter to any schools she has or apply to. He goes on to state that he knows this because he has done this before.

If he is not a con artist why go to such length in degrading a "child" that's tiring to reach a goal.

Jeff Ross is a con artist and has gotten away with this in the past. He may be using another name but his con artist attempts are the same

I had the same experience with him in 2010. I would like to file a case against him, but dont know where to start! I believe there are many people out there who had similar experiences. If you are reading this, and got scammed, please come forward. We deserve our money back- and he is a fraud.

I had the same experience in 2010. I would like to file a case against him, and if we could collectivley do so, I think it would be better. There is another poster here who had the same experience January 2014. I believe he is still scamming people.

Whatever he threaten you, you must always be prepared for the worst. You must have all evidence about what he did and did not, gather and file them all (both paper & digital format). Be ready to counter and discredit his claims. If there are more than one case doing the same, his credibility will go down hill from the AAMC.

PS: If you need to send the evidence, be sure to send to multiple recipients in AAMC just in case he has a network there to cover his behind.
