Unpaid judgment for not paying agent commission Jan 2016. Jeff opened @ Realty LLC 3 days after the 1st judgment was filed in July of 2016. Dissolved Desert Valley Realty LLC Sept 6, 2016 to avoid paying the first judgement. Judge moved the judgment over to the new LLC, @ Realty Jan 24, 2017.
