problems arose when it took kathy 4 months to find a tenant. once we found a tenant there 10% cut was more like 25%In the begining they would ask me for imput into how i wanted the job done and who i wanted to do the job. Then it became clear the work being done was all about them their vendors and getting their profits. My first big job was a bark replacement, tree trimming and weed removel. The price doubled from the original bid as they hired their vendors to wheelbarrow bark in instead of having it blown in with a hose. I complained loudly and thats when head broker Tim breen got involved and from now on we were going to do things his way.
AS a out of town landlord I was a good target to run up the bills on. They did what they wanted to my townhouse and my monthy check from them became less than half the rent. Over the next yearI caught them charging 350 for a microwave and 50 to put it in for a unit you could buy at coscto for 100. In the last 4 month with the company they paid me 56 dollars while keeping there profit and their vendors profit up. As we terminated are business contract both Tim and kathy quit talking to me to complete this property management hijack so i had to hire an attorney to extract myself out of this situation My lossover the 3 plus years was around 7 to 9 thousand dollars.my unit was paid for or i might have lost it.avoid this company if you are a landlord
