Jensen Tire Overcharging for unauthorized work. Omaha Nebraska
I had my car looked at a few months back to figure out why the lights on one side were not working and to have one headlight replaced. I was told that a fuse was out and that was causing the lights on the right side to not work. A 50 cent fuse that I could replace was replaced without my authorization and when showed the bill (a 16 dollar charge for replacing a fuse) I disputed the charge and it was not removed. So I opened a claim with American Express which is the credit card I used to charge the replaced headlight. Today I went to the same Jensen to have a headlight replaced yet again and an oil change they told me that they did not want to do business with me any more. It looks like a different auto repair shop will be getting my business in the future.
