This so called "company" is a fake and Joanne Pierce and her husband Eric are frauds and they are taking people's money so that they don't have to work for it. I recently had dealings with Joanne and I was supposed to recieve a $1500 down payment and $700 a month for my house. I still have not recieved any money from them to this day.
Joanne is always calling me wanting me to do the maintenance on the house. In the contract that we both signed, it plainly states that they are responsible for the maintenance on the house and the utilites.
In the contract I was responsible for purchasing a lockbox for the house and setting up the code. I supplied her with the code to the lockbox and she stated that there was an employee of their's in a nearby city that would show my house to potential buyers. I recently found out that Joanne was providing people interested in my house with the code and just letting them walk through my house. I took the lockbox off of the house and she asked me what happened to the lockbox.
I told her I had no idea what happened to the lockbox to see if she would tell me who the employee was that was showing my house. Joanne didn't do that, she called a local couple interested in my house and started accusing them of taking the lockbox. I have tried to contact Joanne and tell her to stop advertising my house on their fake website but she continues to not answer the phone. I have asked Joanne about my money that she owes me and she claims that she doesn't have my contract with her at the time and she will just call me back later.
When she calls me back she never metions any of the money that she owes me. I have talked to a lot of other people who have dealt with Joanne before and they say the same thing....Joanne and her husband are crooks and they are just want to take hard working citizen's money so that way they don't have to work. If you ask me these people should be put away for a very long time for doing this to people who work hard for what they have.
