To whom it may concern,
I would like to make a report on Jerry Williams, CEO of JW Management, located in Atlanta, Georgia. I contacted Mr. Williams at the 954.274.3000 for more information about the event thread posted on facebook. Mr.Willams, replied with what do I do in the entertainment industry?
I advised Mr.Williams that I'm contacting him in regards to a performance slot for my 16 year old daughter who is an aspiring r&b singer. Mr. Williams advised that I send a press-kit which included my daughters picture, biography and music. I did as followed. Within the hour I was contacted by Mr. Williams he replied that the performance slot which includes executive meet & greet & same day label negotiation for product placement will cost $10,000. I requested an indepth break down of services offered for the $10,000 retainer requested to take part in the artist showcase which will be held at the Star Theater, October 29, 2016.

This sounded to good to be true. Mr. Williams stated that he is the manager for the group "Pretty Ricky" and "Pleasure P" who are both signed directly to Atlantic Records. Jerry Williams stated that there will be influential people attending this event including record executives, major record artist, music managers, model agents, angel investors and dostributiobn firms.
He guaranteed that this investment will be one to remember and a life changing experience. I went ahead with the offer and paid Mr.Williams.
Last week he posted a flyer to the event and it didn't look official. I tried to contact Mr.Williams, he stated that he was busy taveling to another city and will contact me within two days. It passed and I didnt hear from him and reached back out, he didnt even know who I was or what I was talking about. I was to the conclusion that this is fake and requested my monies back. Mr.Williams starts giving me the run around stating it has been used to secure payments for the event. He is not who he say he is. Long story short. i have made a police report, I have reported Mr.Williams to the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and got in contact with a representative who is directly affiliated with Atlantic Records to contact the company to verify that Mr.Williams is indeed a liar and lieing about his association with the intented company.
To all artist looking to get in the business stay far from Jerry Williams, CEO of JW Management.
