The person who posted these false claims is being sued in court for libel, defamation of character, harassment, invasion of privacy, harassment of a minor, cyberstalking, and cyberbullying.

Furthermore, no one showed up at our home, there was no riot, and the information provided by this individual is totally fake and untrue.

I found this story on the internet. It is about John Schmutzer and his late father. It is very disturbing.

   I can still see the old mans face (Edward J. Schmutzer born May 10, 1942 the son of the late John F. and Anna (Wachuck) Schmutzer.) at the little country store outside of Youngstown, Ohio next to E & S Enterprises (Edward was the owner and operator of that business).  My parents used to shop in that area when I was just a child. I still remember Edward lips touching mine and thinking he's a big person. I know it was wrong but he was an adult, he also told me that he had served in the United States Air Force and I thought that was very cool. See when I was just a young boy at the age of 9 I was taught to obey my elders. That includes my big brother, my friends' fathers, and all other adults. I now know this is where my innocence was lost. This is also when those feelings of being afraid all the time started and still follow me through my adulthood. Being scared and frightened all the time as a child made me not trust anyone, gave me feelings of guilt, shame, helplessness, emptiness of the soul, and a thousand other ugly feelings that I can't name. By the time I was 13 years old I had been sneaking drinks from my parents Moonshine Medicines and filling the jar back up with water. I stole beer and home made wine from my brother's stash not caring if I got caught or not. I tried any type of drug I could get my hands on. When I was 17 or 18 years old I was getting high almost everyday, drinking and doing drugs. I even remember brewing some "ragweed tea". Anything to numb those feelings of guilt and shame. When I was 20 years old I heard that Edward J. Schmutzer had been accused of molesting more boys at the Youngstown Saxon Club were he used to hang out all the time at. It was also written that Ed also enjoyed playing softball and baseball with his children and other kids in their neighborhood (of course he did).

 The rumer also in our small town was that Ed had been molesting his own boy (John P. Schmutzer) for years, and now John P. Schmutzer is doing the same thing that his dad did to all those young boys! I hope John P. Schmutzer gets caught by the police and has to pay for his crimes... Edward's son John is currently residing in Mesa AZ. with his pedifile best friend/business partner Richard Cosentino who lives at 9752 E. Irwin Ave, Mesa AZ. 85209 with his school teacher wife Stephanie Cosentino. This sounds like open season for John P. Schmutzer and Richard F. Cosentino. Now John and Richard just drive around in fake lamborghinis, trying to impress little boys. You can google John Schmutzer and/or Richard Cosentino. They are also stealing peoples money (internet scams) to finance their pleasures. On a more personal level, I still get angry when I think of those those feelings I have tried to hide away, those times when Edward J. Schmutzer used to touch me.  The doctors tell me that I will have hemorrhoids for the rest of my life.  One thing that is for sure, Edward J. Schmutzer  died at the age of 65 in 2007 in North Benton. Thank God, he will never be able to hurt another little boy again. He got what he deserved. Edward J. Schmutzer is survived by his wife, the former Stacey Morgan, whom he married in July 1986; Amber (Jason) Meador of Ramstein AFB, Germany, and John P. Schmutzer at home; a stepson, Brian W. Gortney II of Florida; and two sisters, Jeanette (Bernard) Check of Austintown and Marian (Henry) Oles of Texas.

Richard Cosentino does not work alone. His pedifile partner is the newsworthy John P. Schmutzer. This pathetic child predator, ran away from his hometown in Ohio only to relocate in Mesa, AZ. I got a e-mail from sandbeck (lol) about the web site and that sanbeck , judd, and jim , made the web site and they where the  harasser and made all of it up. Just to get money from the cosentinos, and all the poeple listed on the web site have apart in the site    "stalking".  the cosentinos every move.. They are all lies from them, and all had apart of the letter to the school. Nothing but lies sandbeck (lol) about the rip off report about the school and the child molestation  sanbeck, jim, judd all had apart of it,, It is not ok to make up lies about anyone . this ir crap andthey know it...

       Dear Rachel,
      
       I read your posting. I also saw the flier. I scanned it and posted it so people could see the real one. Thanks for the information. I called the number on the flier and talked to a nice lady. I like this group, just ordinary people watching out for one another. I did some research and found numerous court cases for Richard Cosentino, some included Stephanie Cosentino. There were so many I got confused as to what they all meant. The Mesa Police Department wouldn't give me anything over the phone. I was able to drive by the Cosentinos house and there were about 40 people there. I would be worried about my kid too. I don't see how she can get fired if this is not true. It just looks bad though.

To Whom it May Concern:

This is harrassment to the Nth degree.  These accusations are blatantly false.  You can check Mesa Police Department's records at any time to verify this. 

Lawyers have already filed claims against this customer who owes money to Richard.  He is using every means available to him to commit libel, defamation of character, harassment, and threats (including death threats).  He has also sent mass e-mails to the Jewish community at large as well as the media, trying to get me fired from my job by making false accusations. 

This needs to stop NOW.  This is against the law.  Whoever shows up on my lawn will hear nothing but the truth about Judd Blount (a.k.a. Judd Steel) and his wife, Chantalle, who have posted untruths all over the Internet.
