Search "Advance Fee Loan FTC". After reading about how you've been had, file a complaint with the FTC. You can do that online at their website. Include any information you have, even look up old caller ID information from your phone bills, if you can. That's not likely her real name. Don't pay for the promise of a loan. It's illegal for companies doing business by phone in the U.S. to promise you a loan and ask you to pay for it before they deliver. Requiring advance fees for loans also is illegal in Canada.
