I replied to a $1 risk-free sample ad on the internet from BelisiRX.com; that sample came to a surprising $19.94 after some hokey expedited shipping ($14.99) and luxury packaging ($3.99). That expedited shipping took nearly a week. I accept responsibility for being a less-than-alert consumer on that original charge. On 03/18/2009, shortly (within an hour) after receiving an order confirmation email from them, and after noticing something a bit fishy about things, I read all the fine print concerning the risk-free offer. I immediately replied to that email and sent an additional email to their service department at
[email protected]. In those emails I expressed my disgust at their deceptive business practices, and I in no uncertain terms informed them that I wanted to be removed from any further obligations or orders and that I was doing so within the 14-day risk-free period.
the website address for that risk-free offer is: https://www.belisirx.com/Default.aspx.
As a result of the additional, UNAUTHORIZED charges, I googled GREENTEAPILLPOWER and discovered that there are several complaints regarding unauthorized charges against those folks registered on a website called ripoffreport.com. I also discovered that they are essentially one and the same with BelisiRx.com. Here are 2 links to complaints that are a part of ripoffreport.com:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/375/RipOff0375044.htm and

It is apparent that the scam goes on from there. Following your suggestion, I just called some outfit that sent me some pills called Reservatrol. I initially assumed that the two packages I'd received were from GREENTEAPILLPOWER and BELISISKINCARE. After opening one of the UNAUTHORIZED shipments I discovered a bottle of some 60 capsules of Reservatrol p150. Inside that envelope there was a note from an unidentified company; in that note there was a toll-free (I think) 877 phone number to call. I immediately called that number and spoke with someone named Ruby. That was at approximately 3:50 PM PST, 04/06/2009. Ruby informed me that no refunds can be authorized even though I offered to return the product AND that I never authorized their shipping or purchase. After stating at least 5 times that I never authorized the shipments and that I simply wanted to return the product and wash my hands of the whole thing, she continued to claim that no refunds could be authorized. I advised her one final time that I had not authorized any such shipments or purchases AND that I would be contacting my bank regarding the fraudulent charges.
After I asked Ruby what website I supposedly visited to authorize such shipments, she gave the following web address: jessicaswrinklecure.com. Not surprisingly, that website and product is directly connected/related to both GREENTEAPILLPOWER and BELISISKINCARE. In addition, it deceptively shows itself as DETOX HEALTH NET on the Visa bill.
Here is my conclusion: In an act of poor consumerism, I trusted BelisiRX.com to send me a trial, no-risk sample of a skin product for a reasonable $1 plus S/H. I did not read the conditions thoroughly enough to see the scam aspects of the company and am stuck with their dubious add-on S/H fees that totaled $18.94 and were not expeditious OR luxurious. BelisRX then used my credit card info for several other of their sister scam offers. Please do everything you can to deny those funds to those miscreants AND if you have any clout in reporting such scams to other credit card companies or consumer groups, please do that as well. For my own response to all of this, I will be contacting consumer groups with this report and following up as necessary.
It has taken several hours of my time to attempt to correct this situation. I am fairly sure that what such scammers count on is the fact that most folks will see the scam for what it is and then simply cancel their involvement. The fact is that most folks will not want to spend such time necessary in frustration or probable futility. Such inaction is understandable while it ends up rewarding the scam-scumbags.
