Erick, the owner of JetSetWeb.com and the company is a kid. We called the support number on his website and his mom answered one day. He is a teenager or an adult who lives with his mother.
Erick has a bad attitude and is rude whenever you talk to him. He refuses to help you with your problems. About a month ago we had an issue when he upgraded c-panel. It messed up the permissions on the server so all our websites were errornous. It took him 2 weeks to fix that problem. And he had the nerve to talk down to us because we asked for help fixing it.
Today, I suddenly stopped receiving my emails. I went to one of my sites and it says it was suspended. I went to login to WHM which is the server admin and the login information was no longer valid. I contacted Erick (
[email protected]) on MSN and he kept telling me to contact my partner. Over and over. Finally I get ahold of my biz partner and he knows nothing! I tell Erick this and he claims that my partner suspended all accounts with no limit and removed admin access. WHICH IS FALSE!! He even pasted a fake chat dialog with my partner. My partner has been gone from the office ALL DAY! I got upset and told him to fix this. I told him that he was rude and he said that is my opinion. I told him he needs to learn customer service and he told me to stop contacting him until me and my partner are done fighting. WE WERE NOT FIGHTING! I read previous issues online about jetsetweb and aparently this guy has been rude to everyone. He suspends and cancels accounts for no reason.
Right now I am losing business because I cannot access my emails. Any clients that go to my website sees a suspended page! We pay on time every month.
