To me, this could be either way. They might have said the truth, but you would take side and words from your daughter. I have used their services many times for many years and they did ask up front before they started working on it. Anyway, this report is too obscure because it is bias. The reporter is not there but take his/her daughter's word for the fact. Maybe it could be used as a caution to anyone.
