So there is my story. I ordered a pair of shoes from the site Jimmyjazz.com.
In their customer service section it said that they place an order in 1 to 2 business days. I made my order on March 28th 2012.
On March 31st I still haven't got a letter from them so I posted a question on their site asking about my order and saying how bad their service is.
As it was Saturday I wasn't expecting for a reply the same day and it was a right thing to do. Because I have got a reply on Monday, April the 2nd.
It said - Your order is currently in the warehouse and is being worked on. Once it is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
So it still hasn't been shipped. Reminding you - their site said I would have to wait for 1 to 2 business days and it's already been day 6!
Finally I have got a letter on April the 3rd saying that my order has been shipped. And it had a tracking number for my order so I would check it out on FedEx's site.
So I did and it always was an invalid number. However, I have got my order on April the 8th.
And I found out that the information about the product I ordered was a lie. I ordered a pair of shoes, as I said in the very beginning of my poem.
And those shoes were supposed to be made of genuine leather, as it said on the jimmyjazz.com.
Well, it wasn't a genuine leather, it was fake and looked cheaper than it did on the picture.
For your information it is a huge deal for me to wear genuine leather shoes. From fake leather my feet start smell bad, so I don't wear fake leather shoes since I can pay for good shoes on my own.
If I knew it was fake I wouldn't even bother you know.
So now I have those ugly shoes, that I spent so much nerves on because of their slow service. And I can't wear them, I have no right to sell this crap to anyone, and also I can't send it back because they don't worth spending money to send them back.
What I was thinking? Shoes were cheap in the first place, you can say. But there is good dealt in internet that I had luck to get before - paying a little for really nice genuine leather shoes.
In this case it was a disaster! Don't ever trust that site!

I can vouch for this complaint, i to ordered my items $219 worth of clothes and shoes on the 31st of march 2012, the site does say it will ship out within two buisness days, i didnt recieve and email until april 9, 2012 saying that the items had shipped.

They gave me a tracking number that does not work, i called usps( because the shipments is going to an APO address) and they said it was an invalid tracking number, jimmyjazz insists this is not true, today is 24 april, 2012 almost a month and i have nothing!

Yesterday they sent me an invoice to prove that it was shipped out and the invoice says 23 april, 2012 WTF?!!!!! The customer service agent said that it was shipped out on the 9th but it had todays date on it because thats the day she printed it.

I order stuff constantly with online retailers, and the longest it has ever taken for me to recieve anything overseas has been two weeks, they keep saying give it 8 weeks?!@!!!!! are you kidding me i have made 4 orders drjays.com after i ordered with jimmyjazz and i have already recieved those packages, this blows!!!

Well, if there is 2 days delay I consider it as a delay anyway because it is a simple logic, isn't it?
As for leather - there is no single leather part on those shoes, then why saying they are made out of leather?
And I am sorry, it was April the 9th, Monday.

Reminding you - their site said I would have to wait for 1 to 2 business days and it's already been day 6!
-Do you even know what a "business day" is?  Weekends and Holidays are NOT considered "business days".  You ordered them on the 28th of March, and they were shipped on April 3rd.  Since the order probably didn't even get to them until the 29th, that is 4 business days.  Okay admittedly it is not the 2 but far from what people would consider excessive.

However, I have got my order on April the 8th.
- April 8th was a Sunday and FedEx does not deliver on Sunday's so how did it arrive?

But with all of this said.  If the product description says they are leather and they are not you have a valid complaint on that part.  However, that would even come down to if it had specifics on what part of the shoe is leather.
