I ordered samples of this product(jinja) and it didn't say anywhere there was a mthly trail with ordering the sample.i received my samples then the next month there was an unauthorized charge on my credit card of $52. So I called texted and email these ppl to find out why I had been charge then I received more product so I called again and no one ever responded and that is not good business practice so I called once again this time to cancel because I didn't want anymore of the product..I thought I was cancelled but changed my credit card because something told me they were going to take more money out and I don't understand how they took it with my new card because again I didn't authorize that either..I think this place is illegitimate someone needs to really look into this..I just want to be refunde my money back and for them to leave me alone! They are crooks!

We have over 400,000 customers satisfied customer who contact customer service when they need assistance with their subscriptions, orders or simply to leave feedback. Every customer is responded to within 24 hours. On occasion an email response will get filtered into their spam folder and when they contact us to follow up we make them aware that this may have happened and the issue is resolved.
For the customer in question when she selected to upgrade her samples it was clearly written that the upgrade was for a monthly subscription. When we were contacted she was given a response and a full refund. To show proof of this on a public site like ripoff report would require us to produce personal information for this customer which is against company policy.
