Jodel Glass, Jodel Lampwork Supply dishonest, ripoff, no refund, no communication, West Greenwich Rhode Island
A pair of $100 glasses were ordered from her website. They were delivered to the wrong address on December 17, 2006. The delivery confirmation showed they were delivered to a different city and zipcode than what was entered at the time of order.
I contacted Monique, the owner of Jodel she said she would check into it with the post office because she had insurance on the package, then would let me know what was going on. I called her back a few days later because I had not heard from her and she said they were still checking into it.
Two weeks goes by and I did not hear from Monique. I emailed her and got the same response, she would call the post office again and see what was going on.
After that I never heard from her again. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered and it is now 2 months after the order.
We have reversed the charges with the credit card company and they are now investigating the claim.
This was my first and last order with Jodel. I would not recommend doing business with them.
