I ordered 2 adjustable sports bras back on June 15, 2017 and was told to expect delivery in 4-6 weeks. When I had not received my shipment as of 9/21/17, I sent an email to cancel the order and asked that they process a refund to my credit card.
I sent another email on October 4th asking for a response to my emails and saying if I hadn't heard from them within 24 hours, I would contact my credit card company. The credit card customer service rep took my information but informed me there was a 60 day deadline for their support to be binding. I just discovered this morning that the online store is closed so I have no other recourse.
