Joe Hernandez has been doing this type of deceptive trade practice for years. In September of 2016 he took a deposit of 1400 dollars for granite countertops and never returned. I filed with the El Paso PD and he currently has an active felony warrant in El Paso . He has since moved on I see to Arizona. I have a copy of his license plate number and I have a copy of his Texas Id if anyone needs it. His real name is Damien Joseph Hernandez and he was born on July 19** he has a long record of this and he continues to get a way with it. I personally have been searching for him and if anyone finds him please let me know his whereabouts I will personally go find him.

I was also ripped off, but in Arizona. I posted my own report on this website, but I have started a FaceBook Group so that we (people that got ripped off) can collaborate on there, share information, and eventually catch this guy. When I got ripped off he told me he was living in Tempe, AZ. Can you please join my Facebook Page so that you can share his ID with me?
