I had a similar experience, where as I have followed all of the protocol in response to a CreditWatch claim. They have treated me disrespectfully with every one of my inquiries which included asking for a fax number, and a license to collect debt in my state. They have also bombarded me with one voicemail per day and said they will not stop leaving voicemails despite having already responded to them by letter and on the phone with one of their agents. The rude way they handle business makes me question the credibility of this agency.
