Joe's Towing & Recovery My mothers car was broke down, and the police made her use Joe's Towing to tow the vehicle. They charged her 210.00 for a simple 65 dollar, 3 mile tow. This is not the first time this has happened. Bloomington, Illinois
The police arte forced to use Joe's Towing & Recovery for accidents and breakdown tows. They charge 300 percent more than an average tow, and nobody has a choice when they want their own tow truck to come get them.
