we had the same experience as described by the other report. he took money from me, did some work, & then asked for more money for the next phase of work, & then disapperared once we gave it to him. he just gave all kind of stupid excuses after that. please help me find this man so that we can file criminal charges against him. even the DA is looking for him. he also ripped off his landlord & other people.
