John S Moreno is back at it ripping people off. The name of the company Juan & Juan concrete design and exteme landscape.Seen a report filed in 2014 with a different name. Obviously nothing was ever done. He is targeting elderly people to do landscape work at discount price taking half down of their money to get started on the project. Works a couple of days and never comes back. He tells you he has 3rd stage colon cancer to make you feel sorry for him and that he is in treatment and very sick and cant make it out to finish the job but will be there in a couple of days leading to weeks to months. He has a girlfriend that is working with him to cover his sickness. Dont be fooled He is scamming in the ft.collins,jonhnstown,milliken,greeley area. 2016
