John Walters Shahram Soleimani has ripped off many people Los Angeles, California
Shahram Soleimani of Soleimani and Associates located in Century City (Los Aneles area), CA is well known as a less than reputable lawyer who charges his clients but does not perform legal services commensurate with what he charges. After the initial meeting and receiving a retainer he just wastes time and burns hours (and hence his client's money) to finish the retainer money entrusted to him as fast as possible. He also does not seem to provide signed contracts with clear statement of what he will do for what price. I am not a lawyer but I think this is illegal. His clients have to keep calling his office to see if he has done anything with their case or not and he charges them for the time he has supposedly spent to process their phone calls. In my opinion, he is an incompetant and dishonest lawyer who really needs to be inestigated and avoided at all costs.
