In September 9th 2009 I launched a fan website www.randyrhoads.us this website was deemed the Official Site of Randy Rhoads and a video were made by Randy’s brother thanking me & Kelle Garni (contributor) for building the website that can be seen here: Rhoads Endorsment video the website was a personal hobby of mine and not a business. The site became a special interest because of Randy’s family and friend’s involvement Randy’s fans. I had several people offer me money for the site and had turned them down. Nov 2009 I had a change of heart and decided to part ways with the website and consider an offer, I did not have the money to keep it running.
A doctor from Florida Fred Scavone, a very nice man and a very passionate Randy Rhoads fan, offered to buy the site and retain me as the administrator because he believed the website to be the best thing to happen for Randy in years. Mr. Scavone had no clue how to run a website but just wanted to secure its continuity for the future. During this time another offer came from a man named John Anthony Holt, (aka) Jon Holtz of Warhead Records Inc. whom I had known over 25 years and always had bad dealings with in the past as a deceiving and dishonest person. We talked on the phone to see if we could get past our problems and be friends again.
John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, assured me that he had changed his life for the better during our conversations, I had also told him that I did not want to be enemy’s and wanted to be friends and apologized for the past as well. During our conversations I had told him about meeting the Randy Rhoads family and working on the film and my Artist endorsements with cakewalk. John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, wanted to work with me (together) on the www.randyrhoads.com site and suggested that we could make some money. I told him that I was only interested in selling the site and did not want to be the owner or co-owner any longer. I offered the site to him for $1000.00 and he accepted.
The deal was made in Jonesborough, TN at my home. I met John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz the next day in Kingsport, TN to obtain the check for the site and server. I cashed the check at his bank and at that point he was the new owner. John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, still offered me a half interest in the site and wanted me to help him continue the continuity of the site. I knew all of the band mates, family members and friends of Randy Rhoads and John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, needed me to associate him with those people to help the site succeed ,set up live chat sessions for the fans because he had no relations with any of these people.
John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, also knew nothing about the server and software www.phpfox.com that was being used for the site and needed administration. I asked John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, if he would be interested in employing me to run the website and act as an consultant to represent www.randyrhoads.com at $600.00 week, he refused my “official employment” offer. John told me he did not have the money to make all of this happen, so I told him about Fred Scavone. John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, perused Fred Scavone and gave him this spill on how he needed to retain me told he needed money for the www.randyrhoads.us site.
Fred sent him $2000.00 to retain me and help the site. John used this money to buy the cakewalk system for the trade. John wanted to work out a trade for something else I had access to as well, as an Artists endorsed by Sonar Cakewalk. I could get artists pricing for all of the Cakewalk products at discount price. I needed to purchase the V-700 Studio package at $2500.00; normal pricing would be $5000.00 during that time in at the end of 2009. I did not have the money to get this done so John offered a trade. Nov 2009, I made an agreement with John Anthony Holt, (aka) Jon Holtz of Warhead Records, to associate him with Sonar Cakewalk Company as a producer and I did this, below is proof. Cakwalk NAMM 2010 and on the Cakewalk website blog Cakewalk NAMM 2010 The association with me, a cakewalk artist would allow John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, to obtain artist pricing (through me) the artists SoulDog.
He would not be able to get that pricing without going through me or another artist or having his own association with cakewalk; this can be verified through Artist Relations. One part of the deal was he would pay for my V-700 system and in return he would be able to buy one for the same discounted price through me (The Artist). This would start an association with the company were he could build his own relation without going through me. I contacted Artists Relations to obtain credentials for the 2010 winter NAMM show for John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, through me (The Artist) so he could gain entry. I also fronted the money for his Airplane Ticket and hotel accommodations that can all be proven with documents.
During the NAMM show for Cakewalk John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, attended a private meeting and viewing for the V-700 system set up for me (The Artist) and was introduced to Artist Relations. Pictures were taken and a blog from Cakewalk had John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, listed as a producer along with me (The Artist) and Artist Relations. So, the association introduction promise was completed. Cakewalk artist relations know about John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz and even sent him a complementary software package per my request that I hand delivered. That can be verified through email. I had also setup a meeting with Kelly and Kathy Rhoads in the Jackson Guitar booth to introduce John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, as the new owner of www.randyrhoads.us I also had several phone conversations with Kelle Rhoads about John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, so that part of the deal was completed and accomplished and this photo shows the meeting Rhoads /Jackon Guitars NAMM After we returned from the trip, me and John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, completed the agreement.
The full deal would consist of this: 1. One year of administration for www.randyrhoads.us for software upgrades, additional software add-ons and for emergency backup in case the site went down, John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, could call on me to repair or fix the website. 2. I would associate John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, with Cakewalk Artists Relations to build his own association for endorsement and get artists pricing through me (The Artists) until then. 3. Introduce and associate John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, to the Randy Rhoads family, friends and band mates whom I had contact with to continue continuity of the family endorsement for www.randyrhoads.us . 4. I setup a contest promotion through Guitar World magazine and Jackson guitars for the 30th anniversary spread of Ozzy Ozbourne. 1.2.3&4 - trade for one V-700 Cakewalk Recording System. J
ohn Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, picked me up at my house and drove me to the UPS location to mail the check. John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, gave me a check for $2500.00 from (Warhead Head Records) to Cakewalk. The check was mailed in my name, this is the tracking number for the UPS package with the check XXXXXXXXXXXX30208 the system was sent to my address and registered through Cakewalk in my name . 2/2010, I have all documents to prove this. In April 2010, John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz made several phone recordings of Kelly Garni in Nevada. Kelly had become a thorn in John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz side and was blocking him with the Rhoads family and keeping John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz from making money from www.randyrhoads.us .
So, John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz decided to set Kelly Garni (conspiracy) up with the family with phone recordings. I would like to note, that this was done in my presence (conspiracy) the reason given to me for this, was because several conversation between John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz and Kelly Garni (conspiracy to commit murder) and I was the subject. This is all on tape and can be heard from John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz website Kelly Garni Phone Recording this was placed on his website so that the Rhoads family could have access via a friend. The plan to oust Kelly backfired and turned the Rhoads family against John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz and demanded him to remove the endorsement video on www.randyrhoads.us John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz begged me to take the issue to the local police about the phone recording of conspiracy to commit murder.
I rejected because I did not want to be in the news and I believed John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz was not being fully honest with me after learning that other recordings exist of John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, talking to Kelly Garni about how he (John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz) had bad relations with me in the past and I could not be trusted and so on. John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz told me that Kelly garni offered him $5000 to blow my brains out. The question I have about this is,why did John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz not report this to the police himself? I believe I was set up to be sued from the beginning of this deal. You must ask yourself, Who would spend $2500.00 with no receipt other than a check and not complain about the (goods not being delivered) until a year later?
I was told by John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz that an attorney in Kingsport TN wanted to have a part in the www.randyrhoads.us site himself. Now I’m being sued by this same attorney via John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz. I was also told by John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, in August 2010 that this attorney had ties to the court system and could pull strings to win cases. John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz went on to explain to me how this attorney sued people by placing it in a newspaper and if people did not show up (because they were not notified ) they would lose, he went on to brag how this attorney has told him how to sue people. At this point in August 2010, I decided to back away from John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz, and only have association with him per our deal until January 2011.
I have PTSD from an accident in my youth where I witnessed death. Anything related to threats causes me problems emotionally and John knows this. The phone recordings, has caused me stress for the last 8 months. January 25th John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz posted all over the internet that his “Corporate attorney has filed a lawsuit against me”. My attorney has checked all courts in our area and has found this information to be false. This has also caused me stress and has caused me local and worldwide embarrassment. I have complained to Myspace.com, facebook.com, westhost.com, ipower.com and others where he has posted this false info and most have made him take it down. This same attorney has told the websites above, that there is no harassment or defamation and warned them not to take it down. This has also caused me stress and I have had to seek counsel.
I had a fear when we (John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz) and me became friends again that he was still dishonest and I did not trust him. I told him this many times through our phone conversations. I begged him not to let anything tarnish our new rebuilt friendship until the point I had to remove myself. I feel that I have been used and setup. I have recorded every conversation that we had during and after our deal, by phone and at my house. I have documents that prove that I worked on his site until august 2010 (when needed) and where he decided to hire another person and that was (breach of contract). I have emails and video recorded at my house of John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz that can prove everything that you have just read to be the truth. One thing I do understand is win or lose his attorney still gets paid. The same attorney that sent a letter to Cakewalk stating that the story I just told was completely the opposite and that John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz never received his system. This is fraud on me and the court system! if it ever makes it to civil court. I urge his attorney to read this and question his client on the truth.
John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz did not succeed hurting me with Cakewalk I still have good relations with them. You ask why I have used this (John Anthony Holt (aka) Jon Holtz) throughout this letter. Warhead Records is owned by John Anthony Holt and Tina Holt. If you look them up on the internet they both go by Jon Holtz and Tina Holtz. These are fake names used to hide behind Warhead Records Inc. so they can’t be sued.
