These guys stole hundreds of thousands of dollars that were rightfully due to other investors. They forged documents, sold properties illegally, and kept proceeds from those sales for themselves.
Terry Taylor is studying to become a minister in the Santa Clarita area. He acts like a nice guy, only wanting to help. He uses his old age to make you feel comfortable and sorry for him. He admits to being a former drug addict and alcoholic. Do not trust these guys. He sold property illegally, advised investors to foreclose on a property to make money at there expense, and forged documents. If you are a victim suggest you confront them with legal action. He assited Terry on all ill-gotten gains, from forging documents to helping in the illegal sale of properties. I have nothing to hide. I know who wrote this slander about me and why he hides behind "backatcha". I do not sling dirt. My mom and other partners are suing this individual for fraud involving real estate...essentially all the things he's accusing me of.

Although lawsuits are public knowledge, I chose not to reference the ongoing lawsuit that has been filed against him.
If you want to do business with me and this becomes a stumbling block for our ongoing business, I am happy to show you copies of the suits etc.
