I emailed you asking for a refund for SurveyVault but have not heard back. You offer a 100% money back policy and I feel as though what you provided was not satisfactory.

I'm sorry, but you should have read our disclaimer at the bottom of the website.

You should look at the part that reads "We also reserve the right to decline refunds to customers who don't give our program a fair try or attempt to cheat our admin fee."

You appear to have requested a refund from us less than 24 hours after joining Survey Vault.

You joined at 01:58, 12 December & Requested a refund at 20:32 later that day.

therefore we will be forced to decline your refund this time as your purchase has been flagged. For most of our members it takes at least 2 weeks to get started making money (that is why your account has been flagged)

Afternoon,

Your right I didn't read your disclaimer. It was hardly visible on your website and was not posted along side your guarantee and was also not given to me at the time of check out.

What I did read was the bulk of the site that clearly showed that I had no risk. After reviewing the document file you sent, I realized that all you were giving me at a list of companies that I had to sign up for. Minutes into trying a few links, I found that some of the links were broken and others didn't work at all.

I'm not saying that you didn't go through a good amount of effort to compile this list, but after purchasing and reviewing it with my wife we agreed it was not made completely clear what we were buying at the time of check out and isn't what we wanted. Your guarantee says, "love us or your money back", "You wont be disappointed!" and "No financial risk". This is why I made the decision to try it, once I realized it wasn't what I thought I asked for a refund. I didn't need 24 hours to realize it wasn't what I thought.

Also, please realize that the money you are not refunding is not mine, but my wife's who works very hard for it. Please take our situation into account and refund the money we paid. To date she has not been give one survey offer and if she actually does make more then $30 using it my promise is that I will give the money back to you!

Sure, we do have a money back guarantee, but since you requested a refund less than 24 hours after joining us you have been put on the black list and our guarantee no longer applies to you.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your wife but its the companies policy.

however, If you contact our support team they will provide you with some useful hints and tips to get more surveys and hopefully earn your sign up fee back.

Good Afternoon,

No where on our website does it say anything about a 24hr. time limit. Its not like I purchased it and 5 minutes later asked for a refund.

I purchased it and looked everything over and went through many of the websites provided and determine that it wasn't what I wanted. Its not fair that you would think you can determine my reason for asking for a refund because I didn't wait a full 24 hours before asking.

I have been in the online business for awhile and have sold software and online products before and I always offer a 100% (no questions asked) guarantee because even if some one does try and rip me off I would rather it happen to me, then to have people saying bad things about my company and products all over the internet.

You disappoint me and only give more reason to never trust an online company who claims "100% satisfaction guarantee".

This guarantee of your simply needs to change. Do everyone a favor and just say, "Satisfaction guaranteed, some terms and conditions apply".

This proves my point. I was given the wrong impression and after purchasing the list, I realized that I was only getting a list.

I was lied to before I purchased it, so please give me a refund.
