This is my 2nd request via email and I have left 3 voice messages for my tracking info. I placed a small order on October 13, with ASAP as my need by date because my wedding is November 4th. You state on your website that you have fast ordering and fast shipping and you claim that you have NEVER MISSED A WEDDING. This cannot be because I haven't heard anything about my order and you cannot return any of my requests. I have to leave for my wedding on November 1st, I need my order to be shipped out today. What's missing? All the phone conversations we've had with the only person at support. Her sole responsibility is to screen calls (this is her comment). She is useless and DOES NOT PROVIDE customer service. I requested Managers name, Owners name, her name, none of which were provided. They are a SCAM and a FRAUD. They will tell you to communicate with your credit card company to get a refund THEY WILL NOT ISSUE IT!!!!!
I urge you to NEVER BUY from this company.
