Jordanalmonds.com / Hometowncandy.com Company is a fraud. Never received my order. No response to any phone calls or emails. Ewing New Jersey
Ordered jordan almonds for my wedding in May. I spent the extra money to have my order shipped 3 day air and after 2 weeks I still had not received anything. I attempted to contact company and got no response.
When you try to call the company there is no formal voicemail set up. Left 5 messages and sent 4 emails and after a week still had not heard anything back from the company.
Went online and read other fraud reports on the company that I did not know before hand or I would not have relied on them for my important day. I decided I would file a credit card dispute to attempt to get my money back and found an alternative phone number listed on my credit card statement.
I attempted to call the number and a man answered. He could not give me any information on how the company operated or how my order was going to be shipped. He didn't even know what company they use to ship the 3 day air as requested. He couldn't explain to me anything about my order or where it was just that I should get it soon even though it had been 3 weeks. Very unprofessional and rude.
Company is a fraud...they did not intend to ever ship my order, just give me the run around. Never received anything and still attempting to get my money back.
Brides beware....don't let this company ruin your wedding!!!
