Look, if you really made the payment, all you have to do is to REPLY to the invoice with the payment information from the western union receipt (you can see in the invoice what info eBay request you) and fac the payment receipt but not to an email address, you need to fax it to the FAX NUMBER FROM THE INVOICE. Let me know if everything is clear now.
