Purchased contacts from Lens.com and used my Chase Credit Card to pay for them. Lens.com gave me the wrong prescription. They said to return the lens and they'd check them for prescription accuracy. After nearly 6 weeks of "we are still waiting for the lab" I asked Chase Credit cards to credit me. Chase refused to credit me because Lens.com claims they never got the lens. Seriously! I have all the emails telling me they were waiting on the lab results for over 1 month- now they suddenly don't have them? Chase won't back me up on this even after sending them proof of Lens saying they were testing the returned product- if you are testing the returned product you must have received them, right? I am out $130 dollars. Chase Credit Cards are worthless in protecting the consumer and Lens.com is a scam. Chase doesn't protect you for the entire purchase, either. I'm sticking with American Express - they are member friendly, Chase in NOT. As for Lens.com - total scam and rip off.
