JT Naturals J.T. Naturals, Naturals Manufacturing, Jeff Hicks, Roger Lieb Lied, cheated, misrepresented and stole money Joplin Missouri
I contracted with Jeff Hicks of JT Naturals, aka Naturals Manufacturing to produce a soft gel, a dietary supplement. I sent them a Purchase Order for 500,000 soft gels, total cost of $17,000.00 US dollars. I paid half up front on my corporate credit card, $8500.00.
5 days later Jeff informed me that the job was complete and I should pay the balance, which I did via company check. Jeff emailed over some Fedex shipping documents and the Certificate of Analysis, including the batch number, of the product.
Now I waited for the product to arrive. I had heard some horror stories about JT Naturals business practices so I was quite anxious. (Google them, the stories and lawsuits are well documented) The day the product was supposed to arrive Fedex tracking indicated it went to a local Fedex facility, not my warehouse. After calling Fedex I was told that JT Naturals, aka Naturals Manufacturing, diverted the shipment back to Missouri. Calling Jeff Hicks revealed the scam; they never made the soft gels, sent a bogus shipment just so they could get my money.
Was promised week after week that my product would ship; never happened. I canceled the credt card charges, so at least got back $8500.00, but I am still out the balance, $8500.00.
Nothing but lies from everyone at JT Naturals. Even today I was supposed to get a refund via wire transfer (I asked for half as good faith gesture), nothing came.
I entered a complaint wtih the State Attorney General, as well as their local Better Business Bureau.
The above is 100% factual, beware of this scam operation and the owner/President, Jeff Hicks. Nothing but lies comes out of his mouth. BTW- when he asked for the balance he gave me his word as a man that the product was completed and would ship. His word means nothing, scam artist that he is. yes, I'm angry.

JT Naturals has paid back the money they falsely took from me. I have closed out this matter.
