Juanita's House Inc. Destoys otherwise healthy individuals berated the residents and the horrible rules Columbus Ohio
I am a consumer in the Mental Health community, and when my case manager decieded that I should be placed in a group home it was suggested we try Juanitas House Inc. Well there was many things terribly wrong such as the way the staff berated the residents and the horrible rules but I could complain about that forever and probably get nowhere as many people have tried an Mary Beckley (The owner) has always lied her way out.
Well my story actually starts just a few weeks after I got there. I started to break out with a psoriasis like rash and was immediatly ostrisised by the staff. I was not allowed to sit with the others at meals nor was I allowed to use the public phone for several weeks until I threatened legal action.
Well I was there 3 years from Sept 3rd 2002 until june 26 2005 and amazingly and without medication...two weeks after my departure..my symptoms completely healed. I have MANY witnesses and will provide you with all that if you need it.
