This is to inform you of the release of the North American States' and Provinces' Gaming Association Prize Pool held on the 16th of November 2004. Due to technical set backs on our database system, some of our prize winning numbers were delayed to avoid any mistakes in releasing our winning numbers to individuals. We sincerely extend our apologies to all that were affected by these delays.

Due to these delays in releasing the winning numbers, our first notification to you was sent on the 21st May 2005, and the second followed a few months thereafter. This is to notify you that this will be our last letter mailed to you and we have made the effort to include all the required information and funds you will need to finalize your claims.

Your name that was attached to the ticket number -- ------- with serial number ---- -- drew the lucky number of -- -- -- -- -- --, which consequentaly won the lottery/sweepstake in the 2nd category. You have therefore been approved for the lump sum payment of $65,540 USD (sixty five thousand five hundred and forty dollars only) in cash credited to file with the Ref number ----------------.

This was divided from a total cash prize of USD$3,277,000 (three million, two hundred and seventy seven thousand dollars) shared among fifty international winners in this catergory.

Your FUNDS are currently deposited with us and insured in your name. Due to an unforeseen error in our database, some names and numbers were not properly processed. We ask that you keep your reference and batch numbers confidential until your claim has been properly processed and your winnings remitted to you. This is part of our security protocol to avoid any duplicate claims.

All participants were selected through a computer ballot system drwn from a pool of 25,000 names from Europe and North America. To begin your claim, please contact our office and speak to any of our staff, referencing the above batch number.

NOTE: That all prize money must be claimed not later than the 10th november 2006. At which time any unclaimed funds will be deemed null and void.
