my husband purchaded jupiter jack for the family which included him, myself and son. the device was junk and did not work they misled their advertisement and said you buy one and get one free. they charged him for both devices and then chaged him shipping charges three time in the amount of 6.99. The total they charged him on his credit card was $74.95. He called them and sent back the entire box which cost him $8.89. They only refunded him $20.00 and said the additional $34.95 was shipping charges. They need to refund him an additional $25.96 which is they amount they scamed him less shipping charges.
Sincerely
Marie for Frank

Unlike purchasing products from a TV infomercial..if you buy from a legitimate retailer...you can usually get a full refund or credit if the product does not perform as claimed. So you are always better off. Most of these infomercial products are available at retail stores...and sometimes an equivalent product that actually works.
There is nothing "revolutionary" about the infomercial products as described and sold on TV..it is just hype and mass marketing.
If you are going to trust your hard earned money sending away for merchandise...you should first do an internet search for customer reviews of the products performance.
You need to be careful though as some review sites are set up by the sellers of the product..and the reviews are false..this is nothing more then an advertisement for the product.
It took me less then a minute on a google search to find these reviews about the Jupiter Jack...every single review states it does not work as promised..if at all...
