On Oct 26, 2017 I purchased several dresses from Just Fashion Now.com. They arrived Nov 8 from the company's California address. They were not sized correctly. I contacted them via email. They expected me to return the items to a Chinese address. I contacted Pay Pal to initiate a dispute. Pay Pal replied on Nov 20, 2017 stating that I must ship the items back at my expense to China.
This would be too risky and cost more than the value of the items. I disagree with this remedy, particularly since I believed I had been dealing with an American company with a US address and feel the items should be returned to the US address they were shipped from.
