This guy is apperently targeting military families in multiple states with the business of pet training and obedience. Request to be pre paid and then falls off of the map. North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia BEWARE!!! Pets have been stolen, abused and people taken advantage of! Help put an end to this kind of business!!!
