Mr Kapil Sing has been involved in "allegedly" raising capital for multiple small to micro cap by misleading them into transaction with bucket shops funds like GEM. They act as broker for the company but in fact manipulate both parties to squeeze a fee out of them regardless of any execution or benefit. Mr Singh of Kapital Global LTD wont be scared of any licensing or conflict of interest as he remains hidden behind several shell companies and requires payment in cash before any services are indeed performed. He will often engaged in manipulated extortion through the use of skilled legal bullying through the extensive use of very questionable "commercial practices" and poorly reputed lawyers. His preferred technics will be to engage in abusive use of procedures in order to rip off further settlement moneys from those got themselves tricked to pay him once out of good faith or get scared of the bullying.
