What this client forgets to mention is that we not only fully refunded his purchase but he did not simply ordered one of our ready made product. He ordered a customization of one of our product and we agreed to do it for him free of charge. We encountered a server issue that we had to resolve has a priority and told the client that there will be some delays. We have proof of the paypal refund and if necessary, we kept every e-mail communication. I do not know how they work in Israel, but here we do have more than one client to deal with and our company policy is very specific concerning customization. The delivery time for any customization may be change, Especially when we are doing it free of charge. There is always delays in software development and if this customer was in a hurry to get the software he should have said so at the beginning and we would have charged him a fair price for the expedited delivery. We have been in business over two years now and are doing very well. If we were in the business of ripping off people our website would probably no longer exist anymore.
