Just a suggestion, but it might be a good idea when you have legitimate concerns about the service you received to post using LivePerson as the captioned company name or Kasamba-LivePerson (both names for clarity). Remeber it is LivePerson which needs to really take a look at its investment and how clients feel about their treatment/service. Just an idea -

Kasamba obviously don't care about clients. I'm also amazed they haven't cleaned up the site of scammers. It seems they punish the clients for reporting a scam and protect the scammers. But they're stupid, the clients come straight here and report it for all to see. How dumb is that of Kasamba?

I find it funny that when your overcharged or have a dispute that kas is not contactable. They hardly respond to emails and never return calls.

....I have issues with this often even when I have technical difficulties and haven't actually been in hire mode. The second you choose to contact an expert in a paying way it (mostly live chat) will automatically tap into a "hold" before you hire to make sure you can pay for it. I do find it a tad annoying that the holds are there even after the session has cleared and been paid for but, too I consider that the 'pay back' for being willing to log on and use them. I think you'll find if you use your debit card anywhere now adays they either attach a hold or make it a direct instant debit. Keep this in mind when clicking hire

LOL. Perhaps you should read the terms of service regarding how Kasamba.com bills, They Hold funds to the amount of the session/s that you have spent, to make sure that you have the money to pay them, they are not charges, they are withheld funds that are released back into your account within 7 days, the fact that you claim they are QUOTE: " The money that was taken from my account seemed to almost be thesame amount of money I had put down for two seperate sessions on two other occasions " is evidence to support this. People need to READ TERMS OF SERVICE ON ANY WEBSITE AND BE FULLY FAMILIAR WITH SUCH POLICIES BEFORE MAKING SLANDEROUS REPORTS!
